The case is reinforced with a very thick back (2.80 mm on the BR03-92 Diver, compared to 1.80 mm on the BR03-92 Steel), with the addition of a soft iron cage to increase its resistance to magnetic fields. The sapphire crystal with antireflective coating is an impressive 2.85 mm thick, compared to the 1.50 mm on the classic steel BR03-92.
